In the spirit of Halloween, I thought I would share with you a recent family session. Little Kylie wanted nothing to do with photos that day, so we had to get creative and work around it. Of course she is at that age when they get really independant:) I think we got some adorable photos after some work. Happy Halloween everyone!

Way out in Osceola, WI for this engagement session and I think it was the perfect place for these two! Can you feel the love? They were just so cute and cuddily with one another!

We were out in Stillwater a few weeks ago at the famous Boomsite! It was a perfect day, thought it might rain, but we got so lucky with an overcast day and warm fall weather during October peek! Nothing like the weather we got today, what is up with the snow, I am not ready for winter yet. Can't fall stay just a little bit longer, it is my favorite season......

So, before a congratulations is in order I think I should tell you a little story about this wedding. My assistant and I were at the church about 45 minutes before we had to start photographing. We usually walk around, check lighting etc. Then 12:00 o'clock came around when photos were supposed to begin and we didn't see a wedding party yet, hmmmm. A few minutes later the groom arrives with one of his groomsmen. We start chit chatting and he begins with "I have bad news." WOW, that is the last thing you want to hear on a wedding day. At this point millions of thoughts were running thru my head, the bride is no longer coming, they changed their mind about photos?? My heart was racing! Then he says "Kelsa (the bride) will be a little bit late." Whew!!!!! Thank goodness! We managed to work around the schedule, after all, you cannot have a wedding without a bride, right?!?!? So all in all, it was a beautiful fall day, the bride and groom both showed up and were happily married. I have to say, this is one amazing couple, their love just shined the entire day. Congratulations to Mitchell and Kelsa, they finally became one on October 11, 2008. Enjoy your sneak peek!

I had a lot to choose from with this wedding, so again, a great mix to tell a little bit of this couples story............... Congratulations to Kim and Jason who tied the knot October 4, 2008! Their wedding was way out in Tomah, WI where Kim is originally from and I just have to say, that area is just beautiful. This wedding was a lot of fun because these newlyweds are good friends to my husband and I. Thank you for letting us share in your day. Love you both! Hope you had fun in Hawaii!
